Partnering with Source Support
What We Need To Start Partnership:
-
All we need is a signed "Master Services Agreement" between Source Support and your company. This Master Services
Agreement simply details the way of working, general pricing agreements, and terms and conditions agreed upon by
both companies. Then the partnership can begin and Source Support can begin covering your systems.
What We Need to Warranty a System:
-
A signed "Master Services Agreement" between your company and Source Support.
Then for each specific warranty order:
- Customer Site information / details / numbers / contacts, etc.
- Build Sheet of products being put under warranty (see below for more details)
- Type of Warranty sold (i.e. 8x5 NBD or 24x7 4-hour, etc.)
- Purchase order number that Source Support can reference for invoicing
It is vital that Source Support has the detailed information of the systems being installed at your customer's site.
How Source Support interacts with the end-user is entirely up to you. We will need to know the end-user site
information to be sure that we can prepare for and handle the on-site service requirements.
System Detail Requirements:
- Customer Name, site location and details (address / phone number / e-mail of contact on site)
- Terms of the warranty (e.g. 8/5 NBD or 24/7/365 NBD)
- A build sheet that contains the following information:
- System Chassis Number (Required)
- Components:
- Manufacturer name (Required)
- Manufacturer model name and model number (Required)
- Manufacturer part number, if different than model name/number (Required)
- Brief Description of item (Required)
- Manufacturer Serial Number (if possible)
Note: The above can be in any format you wish to use. On the following page is an example of our "optional
order form" that you may use. Although the form itself is not required, the information on this form is.
Our goal is to make working with Source Support as easy as possible from the very beginning. Please feel free
to contact us if you have any questions or comments.
