Essential Duties and Responsibilities include finding and generating new leads and sales opportunities for Source Support Services in specified sales territories, aggressive daily cold calls to continually grow new customer base, maintaining relationships with our existing accounts, provide detailed monthly and weekly forecast as well as strategic growth plans for your region and accounts, and work closely with our existing sales team as well as operations teams to maximize our overall selling efficiencies and utilizing these resources when needed. Education: BS/BA or equivalent in technical and or business discipline is preferred. Experience: Proven sales and/or sales management in IT related fields, excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills and the ability to work in matrix management system. Job Description: Source Support Services, a leader in hardware support in the commercial market, is seeking a qualified candidate for our Help Desk in Duluth, GA. Working for our customer/clients, the technician will be responsible for working service calls from a call queue, contacting the end-user, and follow problem determination steps to either resolve the problem or build an action plan for an on-site technician to go on-site and repair the system while meeting customer service level requirements. This position will work in eight hour shifts and be able to manage several calls simultaneously. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication, documentation and team work skills. Required is experience in hardware repair of servers, rack mount, and blade servers, Basic Network Operating System Skills, Knowledge of Clustering Solutions, and MS Operating Systems are preferred. Linux is a plus.
